Entertainment
In Ireland
Planet
Hollywood : Located at Dublin City Centre this place is totally out
of this world!!. It is inspired by film and television and is designed
to capture the excitement and glamour of Hollywood. It is filled with
rare movie memorabilia ,i.e., it hosts a collection of various articles
used by the famous Hollywood actors and actresses in a particular movie
and during a particular shot. It also features a superb Californian cuisine
which will give you an extraordinary dining experience.
Shopping
: Ireland offers a wide range of handmade goods, usually regionally based
and highly individual. Its most renowned products include chunky Aran
sweaters, Waterford crystal, demure Irish linen, handloomed Donegal tweed
and tasty farmhouse cheese. In Dublin there are two major shopping quarters,
one is on the north of the Liffey, centred on O'Connell and Henry Streets,
and the more prestigious south side, around Grafton and Nassau Streets
and the Temple Bar area. The two main shopping malls are the St. Stephen's
Green and Powerscourt Townhouse Shopping centre. Most of the shops in
Ireland are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. With the wide range of choices
including books, music, crafts, ceramics, crystal and glassware, jewellery,
knitwear, fashion and food - the hours seem to be too less!!
